VMA Boxing Academy is now offering a lunchtime boxing boot camp, taught by heavyweight national champion Bryan Colwell.
Our Intensive, systematic, fast paste boxing workouts will have your muscles burning and your heart rate pounding. Whether you’re just starting out or you are a competitive athlete looking to take your game to the next level, this is the class for you.
Building foundations of proper boxing mechanics and movement for your body. 30 minutes of great tunes and phenomenal workouts. A guaranteed hard sweat and possibly tears!
No boxing experience? No problem! classes are suitable for all skill levels and fitness levels as you can train at your own pace. However you will be highly encouraged and motivated to push yourself to your limits.
Class times are weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12:15-12:45.
