It’s not hard to understand why cardio and strength conditioning are a large part of Jerimiah’s life. Looking for a way to stay fit and accommodate a busy schedule, VMA was recommended to him in 2011. He was hooked from day one.

He joined VMA as one of the first members. As the gym started to grow, Jerimiah was asked to coach the odd class. Shortly thereafter, he was asked if he would be interested in coaching regularly.

It was an easy decision and he immediately signed up. As a coach and personal trainer, he continually seeks to increase and improve his knowledge in all aspects of fitness and training, in order to help those he trains attain their fitness or performance goals.
